​It is my pleasure, as always, to convey my thoughts to you, about LRC, the Company, and now the Group.

 

The last four decades have seen LRC transform from a Research Organisation, to a full fledged manufacturing Company with facilities in multiple locations.

 

I am proud to say, we have now ​​​further transformed into an integrated Group, manufacturing a range of products and offering technical services  to the best in the Construction world.

 

​The process has been a great challenge,  and is certainly due to the  unrelenting hard work by the third generation leadership and a zealous team of diligent professionals.

 

​Visionary growth, by adding new verticals to our core competence of ​Super Plasticiser manufacturing, has been the key stone of our journey, the last few years.

​In a scenario wrought with the difficulties of an economic depression and competition from the unorganized sector that compromised on quality for profitabilty, it was one of the most arduous tasks for the LRC Group, to adhere uncompromisingly to the best product quality, availability across India and overseas with the least time lead and offer technical services at the shortest notice, on call.

​However, we did it.

 

And we continue on the same trail blazing path of product evolvement and innovation.

 

Our research activities progress with a range of next generational products for the ever growing needs of the Infrastructure Construction Industry,  consciously ensuring that we stick by our commitment to the Environment.

We also ensure to rely more on renewable energy sources in all our production activities, bearing in mind the larger goal of a carbon free world.

We hope to keep widening our horizons with integrated expansion pan-India and abroad, through our products and services, as we maintain our standards of unflagging ethics and excellence.

 

This "audacity of hope" has enabled us to meet  the humongous challenges of the past, and will certainly help us in our business journey forward.
