The spray drying liquid is first filtered and pumped into a feed tank, from there it is pumped into the Atomiser. The Atomiser is mounted on top of the chamber. In the chamber, we maintain (Air temp.) according product wise. Through a Hot Air Generator, supply Blower gives the air into the chamber, and outlet air is sucked through an Exhaust Blower.

 

Feed is Atomised through the atomizer in the chamber and the fine particles in contact with air gets dried and sucked through a conveying Blower. Then the powder is packed into bags. The excess air (outlet air) carried through main cyclone & Multiclone or Bag filter by Exhaust Blower.
